Take time for yourself — As a caregiver, so much of your time and energy is devoted to your loved one. BUT, if you do not take care of yourself, you won’t be there for anyone. Odds are you have a life, a family, a job and to be present for everyone in your life (including your loved one) it is so important to maintain a sense of balance.
